Atlanta Uber driver's vehicle gets caught in crossfire

ATLANTA (AP) - Atlanta police are looking for a man who they say wounded two men and also shot an Uber driver's vehicle caught in the crossfire.

Police spokeswoman Elizabeth Espy tells local media that one victim was shot in the abdomen and the second was shot in the heel early Monday.

Espy says that while an Uber passenger was being dropped off near an intersection, a nearby man drew a gun and shot at someone he was arguing with.

The two victims told police they didn't know the men and were caught in the crossfire.

Espy says a bullet also hit the Uber driver's vehicle. The driver wasn't hurt.

Police haven't located the Uber driver's passenger and aren't sure if the passenger was connected with the shooting.
