TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Leon County Deputies say they have made an arrest in the fight that caused a panic at the Governor's Square Mall on Saturday.

According to LCSO, 18-year-old Nolan Sanders was throwing and kicking a trash can at the mall and then confronted other mall patrons, causing a fight.

Sanders is being charged with 3 counts of battery and disorderly conduct.

Authorities said earlier this week they responded to the mall Saturday after reports of gun shots.

They later said they found no evidence that shots were fired, saying a trashcan had been thrown and was the cause of the loud sound.
