Buyer's Cheat Sheet for a Seller's Market:
- Be on call. Houses are selling quickly.
- Bring the paperwork: You will need a pre-APPROVAL letter or proof of funds, not promises.
- Waive the what-ifs! Limit the contingencies (i.e. financing, inspections, etc.)
- Cast a wide net: Look for an up-and-coming neighborhood
- Don't waste your time low-balling.
