Tallahassee, FL (WTXL) -- Growing your own food has many benefits, both to your health, and to help cut the cost of your grocery bill.
In this segment of "Home & Garden," WTXL ABC 27's Christine Souders talks with local food experts on self-farming.
In addition, Representative Alan Williams and the Food Share organization are hosting the Farm Share Food Distribution event. From there you can pick up surplus farm items such as fruits, veggies, can goods, breads at absolutely no cost.
