TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Big news for a FAMU alum!
Roy Wood, Jr. has been named a correspondent for The Daily Show.
Wood began his comedy career while at FAMU, and graduated with a degree in broadcast journalism in 2001.
He was also a radio news reporter for Hot 105.7 in Tallahassee.
The Daily Show with new host Trevor Noah premieres September 28.
