TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Leon County Commission candidate says there may be a recount coming.
Rick Minor wrote on Twitter on Wednesday night, saying the Leon County Supervisor of Elections informed him that the canvassing board may authorize a recount of Tuesday's County Commission District 3 election.
Minor received more than 8,234 votes or 50.43-percent.
Emily Fritz came in a distant second with 5, 443 votes or 33.34-percent.
Minor says he welcomes a recount if it's required and doesn't expect the results to change.
