LOWNDES COUNTY, GA. (WTXL)- Two men are in jail after officers found Cocaine and Marijuana in their car.
Police say, Samaryon Attwell approached an officer in the Sheriff's Deparment parking lot Thursday, saying he had been shot in both arms.
He was released later that afternoon from the South Georgia Medical Center, but he says he was assaulted by an associate, Moses Mills.
Mills had been driving to Valdosta with Attwell when the shooting occurred and according to investigators there was marijuana, crack cocaine, and evidence of the shooting in their car.
An active investigation is underway.
