TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- The son of Leon County Commission Chairman Bill Proctor has been arrested, again.
Jordan Proctor was arrested Saturday on three felony drug charges. A police report was not immediately available. However, his charges are listed as marijuana possession with intent to sell, possession of narcotics equipment, and possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana.
His bond is listed at total of $20,000. However, as of Sunday morning he was still in custody at the jail.
According to court records, he was schedule to appear in court Saturday on the three drug charges. His bond is listed at total of $20,000.
This is not Jordan Proctor's first run in with law enforcement. In 2014 he was accused of robbing a Pizza Hut delivery driver at gun point. That case has yet to go to trail. Court records show that he is scheduled for a mental health hearing on April 18th in that case.
Last month Commissioner Proctor proposed an ordinance would reduce the penalties for possession of marijuana to a civil citation.
