TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- The return of the college football season means it's time to tailgate!

For this What's To Eat, we headed to the back to  Level 8 Lounge. Master mixologist and our cocktail correspondent Kevin Emmanuel created some drinks that will class up your tailgate party and help you celebrate in style.

Kevin says both of the drinks - the "Garnet" and the "Gold - can be made overnight. Just keep them in your fridge until you're ready to serve. That's when you can add ice or pour over the ice to give them that perfect chill.

Click the thumbnail to see just how these cocktails are created and for more tips to give your tailgate the extra point.

Here's Kevin's recipes:

The Garnet (yields 8 cocktail servings)

- 12 oz. Kappa Pisco

- 24 oz. watermelon purée

- 4 oz. St. Germain

- 6 oz. Key lime juice

- 4 oz. simple syrup

The Gold (yields 8 cocktail servings)

- 16 oz. Kappa Pisco

- 8 oz. Domaine de Canton

- 6 oz. Meyer lemon juice

- 6 oz. simple syrup

- 2 whole Muddled Pear
