TALLAHASSEE, FL - College students coming together this weekend to give back to the community.
It's called "The Big Event," and it's happening Saturday at 8:30 a.m. at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center.
Jamie Handy and Shannon Munro visited Midday to talked about the event.
This is a day of service hosted by college campuses, including FSU, FAMU and TCC.
This is the 10th year, and more than 3,000 volunteers are expected to be out and about beautifying parks and volunteering at local schools.
