TALLAHASSEE, FL - People can get some exercise this weekend while helping to raise funds and awareness for sickle cell anemia.
Jeff Rollins and Chris Wells gave us the details this morning on Sunrise.
This 5K will raise money for the Sickle Cell Foundation, Inc.
It's Saturday, September 10th.
There's also a 1 mile fun run, particularly for the kids at 8 a.m. and the 5K run/ walk begins at 8:30 a.m.
The starting line is located at the Jake Gaither Recreational Center and Golf course.
