The Chi Theta Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. invites the public out to the 4th annual Community Baby Shower on Saturday, December 8, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Jack L. McLean Community Center, 700 Paul Russell Road, Tallahassee, Florida.
Organizers say the event will provide accurate health information about prenatal care, preconception health, preventing preterm labor and other aspects of pregnancy and childcare. It also gives an opportunity for young, new and expectant mothers/parents to learn about social services available to them in Tallahassee.
Free baby items will be given out to mothers/parents in need of baby items. In addition, donations of baby items will be taken the morning of the event, as well as on Friday, December 7th at the Jack McLean Center.
