South Georgia Group Helping Your Stress-Related Pains

THOMASVILLE, Ga. (WTXL) -- If you have any stress-related pains, a South Georgia medical group is hosting an upcoming clinic to help.

The South Georgia Spine and Joint Center is working to teach you proactive techniques and habits so small issues don't become real problems. Topics will include Finding How Your Body's Trigger Points can Affect Your Health, Keys to Health, Benefits of Care and Improving Quality of Life.

It's part of a national push to get the community healthier and address the root of the problem, since being proactive is key to avoiding diseases and other health issues.

The stress-reducing trigger point techniques seminar is Thursday, August 6 at 5:45 p.m. It's a free event and all are invited.

It's at the South GA Spine and Joint Center at 202 S. Madison Street in Thomasville.
