TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Those needing to do some holiday shopping are invited to check out this year's 'Green Shopping Holiday Artstravaganza' featuring one of a kind "green" products for sale!
ReThink Energy Florida, a 501c3 non-profit, is partnering with Sustainable Tallahassee, Lemoyne, and Tallahassee Action grants this year for the event, which will be held on Thursday, December 3, 2015 from 5pm - 9pm at the Lemoyne Center for the Visual Arts, 125 N. Gadsden Street, Tallahassee, Florida.
Organizers say people can enjoy a variety of refreshments, beer and wine while browsing unique art and holiday items from local vendors using recycled or re-purposed materials. Also, enjoy the music of local favorites Hot Tamale and hear from special guest speaker, renowned Tallahassee author and Tampa Bay Times columnist Diane Roberts.
Attendees will also be able to enjoy selections of organic wines, sustainability made wines and locally made Florida wines, with tickets for their special holiday wine tasting at $30.
