TALLAHASSEE, FL - It's "Sunday Fun-Day" this weekend in Railroad Square.
You're invited to the free community "Outdoor Gym" happening Sunday, July 9th.
There's two time-slots: First one starts at 10 a.m. and the second at 11:30 a.m.
Thursday on Second Cup, Bill fredericks with Frequency XP who is hosting the outdoor gym explained what people can expect.
Bill Fredericks said this is a way to showcase what the art park has to offer while getting a work out.
He said there's so many different types of exercises you can do simply utilizing what nature has to offer.
People meet at the sculpture park and work the way around the loop.
The event is FREE, and people are encourages to bring a towel and yoga mat.
Water will be provided.
Fredericks said he hopes to make this a monthly event, the event on Sunday also kicks off the opening a Frequency XP gym in Railroad Square.
It opens in August.
