TALLAHASSEE, FL - Today on Second Cup, Christine Souders sat down with Attorney Dean LeBoeuf to talk about the "17th Annual Freedom Scholarship Essay" Contest for high school juniors and seniors in Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson and Gadsden Counties.

It's put on by Brooks, LeBoeuf, Bennett, Foster & Gwartney, P.A.

It's no cost to submit an essay.

The subject of the essay must be: The Bill of Rights: What it means to me as an American. The essay must cover one, any combination or all of the first ten amendments to the Constitution.

One $2500 scholarship will be awarded to the winning student.

Deadline for essays is June 23rd, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.
