Tallahassee, FL - Christine Souders and the WTXL Mid day crew were joined by John Minas, head chef from The Edison located in Leon County. WTXL went on location as a part of our Road Trip series, focusing on our community and the people who make it great.
Chef Minas prepared a lobster roll with grilled brussel sprouts and sat down to talk to us about his influence in the kitchen as well as The Edison getting recognized for "random acts of catering."
