1) EMPTY THE WINE BOTTLE!
2) PAINT THE EMPTY WINE BOTTLE WITH DEBI'S DESIGN DIARY CLAY PAINT
3) CUT PUMPKINS OUT OF AN OLD DICTIONARY
4) PAINT DEBI'S DESGIN DIARY CLEAR PATINA OVER THE PUMPKINS TO DECOUPAGE THEM TO THE BOTTLE
