TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Monday is Community Hero Day in Leon County!
Local paramedics, sheriff's deputies and other county employees will be on hand at the LeRoy Collins Main Library. They'll meet with residents and show off some of the equipment they use everyday.
Community Hero Day is the kick-off to the "Monday Nights at the Main Library." That's a program aimed at bringing kids to the library all summer long.
Community Hero Day is Monday from 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the LeRoy Collins Public Library at 200 W. Park Ave. For more information, call (850) 606-2665.
