Charyl Liptrot with the Leon County Chapter of the Charmettes joined WTXL's Christine Souders on Sunrise to talk about the 2nd Annual Dr. Eva C. Wanton Recognition Luncheon.
It's taking place at Capital City Country Club on Saturday, May 21 at 11 a.m.
It benefits local cancer groups and Charmettes Cancer Infusion Center at Howard University at Howard University.
For the first time we are honoring a Survivor of the Year.
