TALLAHASSEE, FL. (WTXL)-- Another COCA Connection, where we highlight arts and culture in the community. This week we have an award winning filmmaker, Mark Bauer, here to talk about the Tally Shorts Film Festival coming to town this week.
The Tally Shorts Film Festival is an annual festival that gives filmmakers in the area a chance to showcase their talents. Bauer is one of the founders and current board members of the festival. This will be the fifth year for the festival.
He has served in many capacities for the festival. From 2013-2016, he served as the programming director. He also has served as the techinal and artisitic director.
