Bristol, Fla. (WTXL) -- The Polar Bear Express is rolling into town!
It's the festive Christmas train put on each year by the Veterans Memorial Railroad.
Last year, more than 3,000 people took part. So for this season, the holiday favorite has been extended to nine nights. Festivities include Christmas music, holiday scenes, special effects and thousands of lights.
There are 17 special scenes that volunteers have spent weeks bringing to life. Organizers have also added Polar Bear Mountain and added to Santa's Workshop.
Trains are running December 4-5, 10-12, and 17 -20.
The Red/White/Blue and No. 59 Trains are $7 per person. Children 2 and under ride free.
The steam train is available only on December 5, 11, 12, 18, 19. It's $10 a person to ride, and kids 2 and under are free.
