The Business & Professional Women of Tallahassee (BPW) invite the public to take part in the upcoming "Support the Girls" Breast Cancer Fundraiser on Friday, March 15, 2013 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Orleans@Midtown, Midtown area stores and 5th Avenue Taproom.
Bras decorated by BPW members and the public will be displayed at the Midtown area shops. Voting is by tickets priced at $1 each. The bra with the most votes is the winner and will be announced at the reception starting at 7:30 p.m. at the 5th Avenue Taproom.
The fund provides a $250 gift to any woman or man diagnosed with breast cancer whether a BPW member or not for them to use for any purpose. Six women in the Tallahassee area have been recipients of this award since December 2012 alone.
