LOGANVILLE, Ga. (AP) - Police say a 17-year-old boy has been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of another teenager during a fight in an Atlanta suburban subdivision.
Gwinnett County police Cpl. Michele Pihera says the teen suspect was arrested Sunday in the death of 19-year-old Jacquorrius Madison. A witness reported that a group of teenagers were fighting around 6 p.m. Saturday in a parking lot of the neighborhood's swim and tennis area and heard gunshots.
Police say officers found Madison was found with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital where was pronounced dead.
Police believe the incident was drug-related. Police are still searching for two other unidentified suspects.
The teenager is also charged with armed robbery.
