Sixteen arrested in phase I of Operation Ice Breaker

WAKULLA COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Chris Savary says that they have arrested 22/30 people that they had in mind for this operation.

They hope to arrest the remaining 8 soon.


The Wakulla County Sheriff's Office says that they have arrested 16 people after the first phase of Operation Ice Breaker.

The Sheriff's Office says that in the first phase alone, they have arrested nearly half of the 30 people wanted for selling meth and other drugs in Wakulla County.

They say the arrests were the result of six months of covert undercover work conducted by Detectives of the Criminal Investigations Division (CID) Narcotics Unit.  

Through those six months, detectives bought drugs from several dealers around the county, leading them to issue 30 arrest warrants on July 13.

The 14 arrested and their charges are below:

  • Tre McCullough - Possession and Sale of Methamphetamine, $100,000 bond. 
  • Bryan Mosely - Possession and Sale of Cocaine, $150,000 bond. 
  • Jesse Free - Possession and Sale of Methamphetamine and Marijuana, $100,000 bond. 
  • Ryan King - Possession and Sale of Opiates, $150,000 bond. 
  • Randall Brazier - Possession and Sale of Prescription pills, $40,000 bond. 
  • Michael Goodman - Possession and Sale of Methamphetamine, $50,000 bond. 
  • Dana Meyer - Possession and Sale of Marijuana, $40,000 bond. 
  • Tyson Scott - Possession and Sale of Methamphetamine, $50,000 bond. 
  • Julie Hough - Possession and Sale of Methamphetamine, $50,000 bond. 
  • Abbie Weems - Possession and Sale of Methamphetamine, $50,000 bond.
  • Beth Porter -  Possession with the intent to distribute Methamphetamine, Bond of first appearance required.
  • Chad Carraway - Possession and Sale of Methamphetamine, $100,000 bond. 
  • Michael Graham - Possession and Sale of Methamphetamine, $100,000 bond. 
  • John Vaillancourt - Possession and Sale of Methamphetamine, $100,000 bond. 

WCSO is looking for the remaining 14, which will conclude the first phase of the operation.
