It should go without saying, but Netflix felt the need share a warning on Twitter anyway.

If you haven't seen it by now, you've probably heard about it and seen videos of people imitating Sandra Bullock's character, who, along with most of the other characters, had to navigate the outdoors with a blindfold on to avoid looking at dangerous creatures.
However, like with most popular things these days, people have taken it a step further by recording themselves walking around outside while blindfolded.
It's being called the #BirdBoxChallenge.
