Leon County commemorates 'National Disability Voter Registration Week'

LEON COUNTY, FL -- Several events are scheduled in Leon County to promote National Disability Voter Registration Week.

The Leon County Supervisor of Elections Office and Leon County Government have joined to promote the national week with voting machine demonstrations and a series of voter registration drives at county libraries.

In Leon County, there will be official voting machines at the LeRoy Collins Leon County Main Library so you can practice inserting a paper ballot or using the accessible voting session.

Official Voting Machine Demonstrations & Voter Registration Drive:

Monday, July 17 - 3 pm to 6 pm

Main library, Leroy Collins Leon County Public Library

Voter Registration Drives:

Tuesday, July 18 - Noon to 3 pm

Woodville Branch Library, 8000 Old Woodville Rd.

Jane G. Sauls Fort Braden Branch Library, 16327 Blountstown Highway

Wednesday, July 19 - Noon to 3 pm
