TALLAHASSEE, FL. (WTXL)-- According to Leon County Sheriff's Office, Florida State Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Victor Viloria was arrested Saturday morning under DUI and property damaging charges.

According to documents released by Tallahassee Police, an officer was called out to the I-10 Off Ramp on North Monroe Street Friday night after calls came in about a man appeared to be passed out at a traffic light in his truck.

When the officer arrived on scene he approached the vehicle and found Viloria asleep at the wheel of his vehicle. After knocking on the window several times, Viloria woke up but seemed dazed and did not see the officer standing beside his car.

The report states that, after looking for several seconds, Viloria then drove off heading south on North Monroe Street. The officer then observed the vehicle leaving the road way, traveling up an embankment, running over an electric sign, and barely missing a Telephone Pole before continuing to head south.

After being stopped by the Officer, the FSU Coach said he was coming from work where he had had multiple alcoholic beverages.

Viloria was put into custody around 5:06 Saturday Morning. According to Police, the Coach's blood alcohol level was between .124 and .125.

FSU has released a statement about the arrest saying they are aware of incident and are in the process of gathering more information. They say the issue falls under their human resources policies for the university, which restricts them from any further comment.

Viloria joined Head Coach Jimbo Fisher's Staff back in January 2010 after coming from Southern Methodist University.

Leon County Jail says Viloria was released this afternoon after paying his 500 dollar bond.
