Tallahassee, Fla. (WTXL)--Sabal Palm Elementary School is in mourning after second grade teacher Rajames Scott and her two children died in a morning house fire.

Though school and staff members say the situation is hard to grasp, they find peace in knowing how much the Sabal Palm community loved her:

"She was a dynamic teacher, fun loving and had a great spirit. The kids loved her. She was a great team mate, her second grade team really loved her"

From the school house to the church house, a big personality is something that the youth choir director over at Greater Saint Marks Primitive Baptist Church remembers Scott's children for.

"They didn't know what part to sing but they would open their mouths as loud as they could. You know, to see them excited made my heart glad.", Jarius Williams, Assistant Minister of Music.

Williams says the girls grandmother brought them to church where they both sang in the choir. But before their voices, it was their smiles that members fell in love with.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
