TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- A piece of history is coming back to life in the Capital City.

The Rise Above Traveling Exhibit is making another stop in Tallahassee this month.

This special exhibit includes the Rise Above Traveling Theater, with a brief movie about the history of the Tuskegee Airmen and personnel.

Organizers say, "a rare P-51C Mustang will also be available for an up close look at the Red Tail plane that made the amazing men of the Tuskegee experiment so recognizable in the air."

The Rise Above traveling exhibit will be in the Capital City from Tuesday, February 23 through Saturday, February 27 at the Million Air Hanger (3256 Capital Circle SW).

To schedule your group Tuesday through Friday, e-mail ehyman@nflwc.com. The exhibit will be open to the public Saturday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
