TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Tropical storm Joaquin is continuing to weaken slowly as it moves across the colder waters of the northern Atlantic. By tomorrow it is excepted to become an extra-tropical low. It is still on a east-northeast path and will continue this path over the next day. A deep layer trough will push it towards western Europe.
