TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - There is a disturbance to keep an eye on in the Atlantic. It is currently located in the northeastern part of the Caribbean Sea. Right now it is a disorganized area of weather associated with a weak surface trough. As it tracks northwestward throughout the next few days it could develop into a low with tropical characteristics. However, in the next 5 days as it begins to track north-northeastward it 's chance of further development remains low (20%) due to it merging with a frontal zone.
