TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - The Atlantic Basin has heated up. The leftovers of Tropical Storm Hanna are still causing heavy rains has it begins to move into Belize. It doesn't look like the remnants of Hanna will restrengthen into another storm in the next 5 days. A tropical disturbance has begun to churn northeast of the northern Leeward Islands. The upper level winds in the area are marginal giving the disturbance a 30% chance of development over the next 5 days as it tracks west-northwestward.
