MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- A tropical wave near Puerto Rico that once showed a high probability of developing now looks much more ragged and disorganized and a tropical cyclone will likely NOT develop from this system. It has a 10% chance of becoming a depression in the next five days.
Still, the system will likely produce disorganized storminess through the eastern Caribbean, eventually moving toward the Bahamas.
