MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- The disturbance located in the southwestern Caribbean, near Central America, still has an 80% chance of developing into a tropical depression within the next five days. This system may bring heavy rains and gusty winds to the Caribbean, but it is not a threat to the U.S.
