Conditions in the Gulf remain calm at this time. Looking out towards the Central Atlantic, Tropical Storm Lorenzo has gained some strength overnight but still looks like it will begin to weaken later today. This storm is moving in an Eastward motion at 8 mph and has max winds up to 50 mph. The system should become a remnant low within the next 48 hours.
