MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- Generally quiet conditions exist in the open waters of the Atlantic basin. A few disturbance emerging into the east Atlantic from west Africa will still fight against dry, dusty environmental conditions in order to maintain any organization. The expectation for tropical depressions or storms forming in the next few days is very low.
