MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- A blob of concentrated moisture lingering off the coast of Belize in the western Caribbean is not likely to develop into a tropical system because of swift upper-level winds just to its north in the Gulf and the Florida Straits.
There are no other points of interest in the tropical Atlantic basin.
