MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- A broad stretch of moisture extending hundreds of miles from the northern edge of the Lesser Antilles into the central North Atlantic has limited chances of development over the next few days. An organized tropical system should not form from this system, but stronger winds may be produced over open seas, and a subtropical system may be capable of forming. Regardless of development, the disturbance will remain far from any major land mass.
No other areas in the tropical Atlantic basin pose any significant development concerns.
