MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- Aside from the current disturbance creating heavy rain over the central and eastern Gulf Coast region, with next to no chance to further develop into a true tropical feature, there are no other points of major interest existing in the tropical Atlantic basin. Any waves of moisture present are not showing signs of higher development potential in the next several days.
