MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the WTXL First Alert Weather Center ...

The dry air mass is arriving and has triggered a reduction in overall rain development this afternoon. Most areas will be rain-free (with some exceptions near the mid and lower Suwannee Valley). Overnight, a mainly clear sky is forecast with lows falling into the upper 60s, breaking a nearly four-month-long trend of 70°+ low temperatures. The afternoon will feature plenty of sun, a few stray afternoon clouds, and high confidence in a zero rain chance for most inland locations. Highs will reach 90° or so, and this dry pattern with cooler mornings and warm afternoons will continue through Saturday. Moisture returns starting Sunday with isolated showers turning into scattered activity before the middle of next week.
