MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the WTXL First Alert Weather Center ...

Scattered passing showers will be common across north Florida counties through the early evening, with a few thunderstorms early on for interior southern Georgia, and light showers through the late-evening.  Clouds and moisture will persist overnight with mild lows around 70°. The upper disturbance becomes weaker Thursday to the northwest of the region, but there will still be occasional passing showers in the morning and then scattered rain and thunderstorms by afternoon.  Highs will be mainly in the mid 80s, but warmer if sunshine prevails longer. Each afternoon through the weekend will feature scattered showers and storms in the afternoon and evening hours; otherwise the sky will be partly cloudy to partly sunny.
