MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the WTXL First Alert Weather Center ...

Clouds and showers will continue off and on through Thursday morning, with some heavier rain in eastern counties this evening. Thunderstorms aren't expected but it will be consistently cool and damp. Lows overnight will fall a few degrees into the upper 40s and lower 50s. Most showers will end around sunrise and cloud cover will decrease by midday. Full sunshine will emerge in the afternoon but the cool air flow will limit highs to the mid and upper 50s, with some lower 60s in the southeast Big Bend. Into the weekend time frame, passing thin clouds and ample sunshine are forecast each afternoon with chilly mornings and cool afternoons. Patchy frost is possible Friday morning if the wind decreases.
