TALLAHASSEE,Fla. (WTXL) --
On this day in 1988 according to the National Weather Summary, strong winds and snow squalls blew over the Great Lakes Region. This produced "white-out" conditions in eastern upper Michigan. The Squalls along produced 14 inches of snow in Geauga County of northeastern Ohio.
