MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- Edouard has become a hurricane earlier this morning and it is forecast to strengthen even further into a category 3 hurricane by Tuesday. This storm does not pose a threat to the U.S., though it will bring rip current risks to Bermuda. It will continue to track to the northwest and then turn northeast, dying out in the Atlantic by late this next week.
