MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- Tropical Storm Earl continues to weaken over land as it cruises into southeast Mexico. The latest advisory as of 4pm CT has Earl with sustained winds of 40 mph. It is forecast to weaken into a Tropical Depression by Friday morning. It is no longer forecast to intensify any further as thoughts of it re-emerging over water have changed.
Currently, there is no other activity in the Tropics.
