MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- The disturbance east of Honduras and Nicaragua that continues to swirl over the southwestern Caribbean Sea now has a 80% chance of developing into a tropical depression in the next five days. The system is not a threat to the local area, and the U.S. for that matter.
