MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- No tropical development is expected within the next five days. Moving into November, the chances for development get slimmer as the waters across the Atlantic Ocean cool down. In addition, wind shear across the basin becomes more persistent, helping to prevent tropical intensification.
