TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Tropical Storm Colin continues to move northeast of our region. As of early Tuesday morning, it still had sustained winds of 50 mph and gusts up to 65 mph.
It's center will move parallel to the Carolina coast, however it'll likely wrap around persistent rainfall causing more flooding concerns up the eastern seaboard. Within the next 36 hours, it'll likely phase out of its tropical characteristics as it crosses over cooler water in the northern Atlantic.
