MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- The National Hurricane Center has issued its last advisory on Nicole, as the system is now no longer deemed as a Tropical Cyclone.
Aside from Nicole, an area of showers and thunderstorms has continued to cluster near a well-defined low pressure area, and this system has a 70% chance to develop within the next five days. This is not expected to be a threat to the U.S. even if it develops as models hint at this staying over the Atlantic, being carried off by a cold front moving east.
